  • What is EnSuite ReVue?

    EnSuite ReVue is a cloud-based viewer & collaboration product for multi-CAD data including CATIA, NX, Creo, SOLIDWORKS, Inventor and more. No CAD licenses required!

  • What browsers are supported by EnSuite ReVue?

    EnSuite ReVue currently works on all browsers that support WebGL 2.0, viz. Chrome Version 63 or higher, Firefox 51 or higher and Opera 44 or higher. We will support Edge-Chromium when it is released. We are constantly working on adding other browsers to this list. Please email us at support@cadcam-e.com if you need specific information about your browser, if its unsupported at this time.

  • Do I need a CAD license to view CAD files using EnSuite ReVue?

    No, you don’t. EnSuite ReVue is based on CCE’s proprietary CAD interoperability toolkit and is completely CAD-independent. You do not need a license of the CAD system that the file you are trying to view was authored in.

  • How do I report an error message?

    Please email support@cadcam-e.com with your error messages. Including a screenshot, where possible, might help in faster troubleshooting.

  • What is your email privacy policy?

    We will never rent, sell or share your personal information with third parties without your permission. Information submitted to us for downloading/usage purposes is only available to CCE employees managing this service.   • Can you view 2D data in EnSuite ReVue?

    At this point, EnSuite ReVue does not support 2D CAD formats. We are constantly reviewing the data and formats we support. If there’s a specific format of interest to you, please contact sales@cadcam-e.com and we will make best faith effort to include it in our development plan.

  • What is Explore 3D?

    Explore 3D is a free viewer that allows users to view 3D CAD data right inside Windows Explorer, without requiring a license of any CAD system. It also displays information about the model meta data like CAD system version, color, units, part #, stock #, approval dates, material properties and assembly tree.

  • What platform is Explore 3D supported on?

    Explore 3D is supported on Windows 7/8/8.1/10 64-bit. It is not supported on Mac platform.

  • How do I report an error message?

  • What is EnSuite-View?

    EnSuite-View is a free viewer that allows users to view all major CAD formats, as well as neutral formats, without requiring a license of any CAD system.

  • What platform(s) are EnSuite-View products supported on?

    EnSuite-View products are supported on Windows 7 & 8 (32 and 64 bit). Products are not supported on Mac platform.

    Yes. EnSuite-View is CAD independent and does not require a license of any CAD system to operate.

  • Can you view 2D data in EnSuite-View?

    No. EnSuite-View only supports 3D data.

  • How do you license your products?
    CCE licenses its products on an annual subscription basis. Under this purchase model, product will work only during the period of subscription. Subscription will have to be renewed every year, for the product to operate. An Active internet connection is mandatory for subscription licensing. There is NO maintenance fee for the subscription model. The user will be eligible for all product upgrades and technical support during the period of subscription.
  • How do I find the product cost?
    Please email sales at sales@cadcam-e.com for a product quote.
  • What is the password for downloading software?
    Passwords are only provided to users on active subscriptions. To download free versions of our software please visit CCE Labs page.

  • Will EnSuite translate CAD data with a fully editable history tree?

    EnSuite translates solids as B-rep. Although we translate the assembly tree (product structure), the feature tree is not translated. As a result, users do not have the ability to pick a feature and do a right click, Edit to modify the parameters. They can however create/add new features (like fillet, chamfer etc...) to the translated B-rep model.

  • Do you have a product to translate NX/Unigraphics prt files to SOLIDWORKS?

    Yes. EnSuite will translate Unigraphics files to SOLIDWORKS.

  • Do you have a product to translate CATIA V4 files to JT XT BREP 9.5?

    Yes. EnSuite will translate CATIA files to JT.

  • Do you have a translator to convert SOLIDWORKS files to Parasolid?

    Yes. EnSuite will translate SOLIDWORKS files to Parasolid.
